Privacy Policy

Privacy is part of the product design.

This policy explains what happens to your images, what information the website may process, and how future third-party services such as advertising would be disclosed.

Last updated: August 18, 2026

Core privacy principle: image conversion is designed to happen locally in your browser. Your selected image files do not need to be uploaded to an AnyImageTo image-processing server.

1. Image processing

When you select supported images for conversion, the website reads and processes those files inside your browser session using a browser-based conversion engine. The original files remain on your device, and converted files are created for download in the browser.

AnyImageTo does not require an account for the core conversion workflow and does not intentionally transmit the contents of your selected images to a remote conversion server.

2. Information the website may receive

Like most websites, the hosting and delivery infrastructure may receive standard technical request information needed to serve the site, such as an IP address, browser or device information, requested URLs, timestamps, and security-related request metadata. This information is separate from the image bytes selected for local conversion.

At the time of this policy update, the core converter does not require users to create profiles or provide personal information in order to convert images.

3. Cookies, analytics and advertising

AnyImageTo may introduce analytics, advertising, or other third-party services as the site develops. If Google advertising services are enabled, Google and other third-party vendors may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, or similar technologies for ad serving, measurement, fraud prevention, and—where legally permitted and consented to—personalization.

Before advertising is activated, this policy and the site's consent implementation will be maintained to reflect the services actually in use. Where required in the EEA, United Kingdom, Switzerland, or other jurisdictions, an appropriate consent mechanism will be used before relevant advertising or tracking technologies are activated.

4. Third-party advertising disclosures

If Google AdSense or another advertising network is enabled, third-party vendors may place and read cookies on your browser or use web beacons and IP addresses in connection with ad serving. Users may be given controls to manage advertising preferences or opt out of personalized advertising where applicable.

The presence of advertising technology does not change the browser-local design of the image conversion workflow: selected image files are not intentionally sent to advertisers for conversion.

5. Data retention

Because the core converter processes images locally, AnyImageTo does not maintain a server-side library of your converted image files. Browser-created object data is temporary to the session and is released by the browser over time or when the page/session is closed.

Infrastructure, security, analytics, or advertising providers may retain technical logs or identifiers according to their own policies and legal requirements if those services are enabled.

6. Security

AnyImageTo uses HTTPS on its public deployment and is designed to minimize the amount of data required for the core conversion feature. No website can guarantee absolute security, but avoiding unnecessary image uploads reduces one category of exposure associated with remote file processing.

7. Children's privacy

The service is a general-purpose utility and is not designed specifically for children. The site does not intentionally request age, school, or child-profile information for the core conversion workflow.

8. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the site's features, hosting, analytics, advertising, or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date will be revised when material changes are made.

9. Questions about this policy

If a public support or privacy contact channel is added to AnyImageTo, it will be listed on the site and this policy will be updated accordingly. Until then, no personal contact data is required to use the converter.
